If you start a rental application, that is handled in our property-management system (AppFolio), which collects the information required to process it.

Like most websites, we use analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and standard server logs to understand how the site is used and which marketing channels bring prospects, so we can improve the experience. If you call a phone number listed on this site, your call may be tracked and recorded for quality and lead-attribution purposes.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, schedule tours, process applications, improve our marketing and this website, and prevent fraud. Form submissions are delivered to our leasing office and recorded as a prospect (guest card) in AppFolio. We do not sell your personal information.

We share your information only with our leasing staff, property ownership, and the service providers that help us operate (e.g., our property-management and analytics providers), and as required by law.
