Cats & dogs welcome — up to 2 pets per home. $300 one-time pet fee and $25/mo pet rent per pet. Green spaces and walking paths on site, with a dog park coming soon.
Some breeds are restricted by our insurance carrier. Call the leasing office at (309) 691-6605 before you apply and we'll confirm your specific breed in one call — we'd rather tell you up front than at signing.
Utilities
Residents pay cable, electric, internet, water/trash. We cover lawn care, pest control & snow removal.
Parking
Off-street parking is included — no permit fee, no assigned-space charge.
